OROONU currently offers digital content that may be made available immediately after purchase.
1. Digital Products
Digital products such as NIGREDO are supplied electronically.
For consumers in the European Union, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to distance contracts.
However, where digital content is supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may expire once the supply has begun if the customer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Where this consent and acknowledgement have been properly given during checkout, purchases of digital content cannot normally be cancelled simply because the customer changes their mind after access or delivery has begun. EUR-Lex
2. Technical Problems or Defective Content
If you are unable to access your purchase because of a broken link, delivery error, corrupted file or other technical problem, please contact:

3. Subscriptions
OROONU does not currently offer recurring subscriptions.
If subscription-based services are introduced in the future, the applicable cancellation and renewal conditions will be clearly communicated before purchase.
